Ordering & minimums
Sold by the skid.
Products are sold in bulk, with a minimum order of 1 skid per item. We show pricing by square foot so products are easy to compare, and by skid so you can see the real purchase amount before checkout.
Inventory moves quickly, so availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
Color, shade & variation
Every lot can vary.
Tile and stone naturally vary in shade, tone, texture, veining, and finish. Product photos are meant to be representative, but the material you receive may look different in person.
If matching matters, order all of your material together so the job is pulled from the same available inventory whenever possible.
Shipping & pickup
Pickup is simple. Delivery is reviewed first.

Delivery area: GTA and outside-GTA deliveries are both reviewed case by case
Delivery orders can still be submitted online, even for a single skid. We review the shipping details first, then send a payment link once the order is approved.
Delivery timing
Delivery windows can vary.
Timing depends on product location, order size, and delivery address. We do our best to provide clear expectations, but exact freight timing cannot always be guaranteed.
Quote-based orders are only scheduled after shipping is reviewed and approved.
Damage, shortage & inspection
Inspect on delivery.
Please inspect your order at delivery whenever possible. If there is visible damage or a shortage, note it right away and contact us as soon as possible.
Because tile and stone are shipped in bulk, minor edge chipping or small breakage can happen during transport.
Returns & final sale
Clearance inventory should be treated carefully.
Some products may be clearance, closeout, limited-quantity, or one-off inventory. Those items may not be restockable once they sell through.
Return eligibility can depend on the specific product condition, order status, and whether the material was part of a clearance or special-order style sale. If a stricter final-sale rule applies, we will make that clear during the order review.
Coverage, waste & suitability

Square footage is provided as a practical coverage guide, but most projects need extra material for cuts, waste, breakage, and future repairs. We recommend ordering reasonable overage.
Customers should also confirm the product is suitable for the intended use before installation, including finish, thickness, slip resistance, and application.

Common questions.
Why do you show both price per sq ft and price per skid?
Price per square foot makes products easier to compare. Price per skid shows the real minimum order amount.
Can I buy less than one skid?
No. Products are currently sold by the skid only.
Do you ship outside the GTA?
Yes. All delivery orders, inside or outside the GTA, are reviewed case by case before payment.
When do I pay for custom-quote shipping orders?
We review the shipping first. Once approved, we email a payment link so you can complete the order with the confirmed shipping amount.
Will the product look exactly like the photo?
Not always. Shade and pattern variation are normal, and screen settings can also change how products appear online.
Should I order extra material?
Yes. We recommend ordering extra for cuts, waste, breakage, and future repairs.
Are all products returnable?
Not always. Some clearance, closeout, or limited-quantity products may have stricter return rules or final-sale treatment, and we will flag that when it applies.
